Storage space
If you plan to use your loft for storage, you will need to lay boards over the current floor joists. Unfortunately if you only insulate between your existing floor joists you will not have an adequate amount of insulation. We suggest raising or strengthening your floor so you can accommodate for this. If this is not possible we have other options available to raise the current level of insulation without loosing head height.

Loft boarding
We supply and install the highest quality treated chipboard flooring. Every sheet is 2400mm long, 600mm wide and 18mm thick. This is tongue and grooved on all four sides to ensure a strong and long last product.

Floor raising
We can supply and install loft floor raising which we cross brace to your existing floor joists, this is particularly useful if you have an uneven loft, weak floor joist or to maximise the amount of recommended loft insulation needed.

Rafter insulation
To obtain a draft and dust free free loft space. We offer a multi-layered insulation quilt which gets stapled to your current rafters and then sealed with silver tape, and finally fly-battening to keep in place.
